Health and Well-being
New class forming now. Learn and use principles from classical martial arts such as Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu and Aikido to improve one's health and well-being. No experience in the martial arts is required. This is a low stress, fun, and no additional equipment is required. Friends and family are welcomed! This is a 4 week course - one class per week. Our COVID-19 training policy: We adhere to the State of Michigan's health guidelines and recommendation for indoor training. Please do note that if the state or federal guidelines change, we will follow their recommended health safety practices.
Currently, vaccination is not required but is recommended. Masks are optional. If you are not feeling well or have symptoms, please do not come to class.

Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. Athletic wear and long pants are recommended. No shoes on the mat - barefoot or socks please. No uniform or other equipment are required.
